Harkom BM-L Packaging Machine With Linear Weigher

The Harkom BM-L Packaging Machine With Linear Weigher is designed for packaging granular products using a linear weighing filling system. The machine is available with 2 or 4-channel configurations, with product feeding controlled through vibrating linear-weigher channels. Filling sensitivity varies according to product type and density. The machine incorporates AISI 304 stainless-steel product-contact surfaces and an easy-to-change forming tube/collar arrangement. Package length can be adjusted through the mark sensor, while continuous printer monitoring helps prevent unprinted or incorrectly printed packages. The film pulling system is AC motor driven, with pneumatic horizontal jaw sealing and cutting. Depending on the packaging material, hot or cold sealing can be used. The BM-L is suitable for a broad range of granular products including rice, pulses, lentils, chickpeas, corn, pasta, sugar, salt, nuts, candies, pet food, breadcrumbs and other granular products. It supports pillow and square-bottom packages and provides multilingual touchscreen operation.
