Harkom IMQ-A — Quadseal Packaging Machine With Auger Filler

The Harkom IMQ-A Quadseal Packaging Machine With Auger Filler is designed specifically for powder and similar fine products requiring Quadro/Quadseal packaging. Its filling system uses a fast and controlled servo-driven auger screw, with filling quantity determined by screw rotation. The auger type and diameter are selected according to the product and target filling weight. The machine uses AISI 304 stainless steel on product-contact surfaces and incorporates an easy-change collar set for package changes. It is specifically designed for Quadro package formation, while the adjustable mark sensor provides package-length control. Film feeding is AC-motor driven, with continuous tension control and automatic lateral film-centering. Pneumatic horizontal jaws provide sealing and cutting, with hot or cold sealing available according to the packaging material. A multilingual touchscreen provides machine operation and CE-standard configuration. The IMQ-A is particularly suited to powder applications such as powdered sugar, ground cinnamon, corn flour, red pepper flakes, dried thyme, ground cumin, curry powder and baking powder.
