Kraft Paper Bag Sealing & Sewing Machines

Industrial sealing and sewing solutions for kraft paper bags with PE inner liners, supporting heat sealing, outer stitching, folding and hot-melt adhesive closure.

Product Details

Kraft Paper Bag Sealing & Sewing Machines are designed for multi-layer paper packaging structures where an inner PE liner requires heat sealing and the outer kraft paper bag requires an additional mechanical or adhesive closure. The range covers different configurations for paper-bag construction, outer-bag stitching, folding and hot-melt adhesive tape application. Depending on the machine configuration, the bag-closing process can include inner PE liner heat sealing, pressure-roller pressing, bag-mouth trimming, kraft or crepe paper tape application, outer-bag sewing, folding and hot-melt adhesive sealing. This provides a coordinated closure process for multi-layer paper bags rather than relying on a single sealing operation. The range includes GKS machines for paper bags with PE inner liners and outer paper-tape closure. GKS-23D is specified for 3-layer paper bags, while GKS-24D is specified for 4-layer paper bags. The GKS-324D is designed for kraft paper bags with PE inner lining and a folded edge, where the PE liner is heat-sealed, the bag mouth is folded and the folded edge is sealed using hot-melt paper before automated discharge. The range also includes configurations for special envelope-style packaging and models that combine inner-liner heat sealing with outer-bag stitching and hot-melt adhesive closure. This allows the equipment selection to follow the specific construction and closure method of the paper packaging.

8 Features
01
Kraft Paper Bag CompatibilityThe range is designed around paper and kraft-paper outer bags with inner PE liners in configurations documented by the respective machine models.
02
Inner PE Liner Heat SealingMachines can heat-seal the inner PE layer before completing the closure of the outer paper bag.
03
Outer Bag SewingSelected machines combine liner heat sealing with sewing of the outer kraft-paper bag.
04
Hot-Melt Adhesive ClosureSeveral configurations use hot-melt adhesive paper or tape to provide an additional outer closure after sealing or stitching.
05
Multi-Layer Bag ProcessingThe range supports different paper-bag constructions, including documented 3-layer and 4-layer paper bags.
06
Folding-Based ClosureSelected equipment folds the kraft-paper bag mouth before applying the final hot-melt closure.
07
Integrated Bag-Closing WorkflowDepending on the model, multiple operations such as sealing, trimming, tape application, stitching and folding can be performed in sequence.
08
Industrial Packaging IntegrationThe machines are designed for integration into automated or semi-automated filling and packaging lines according to the selected configuration.
