Paper Bag Heat Sealing, Sewing & Hot-Melt Adhesive Machines

This product group is designed for multi-layer paper bags with inner PE liners where the inner liner is heat sealed and the outer paper bag is closed through stitching and hot-melt adhesive tape. The model range includes different configurations for paper-bag constructions and closure sequences. Depending on the model, the workflow can involve bag-mouth cleaning, trimming, inner PE heat sealing, pressure roller processing, outer-bag stitching, hot-melt adhesive tape application and additional heat sealing of the adhesive tape. The available models cover configurations including 3-layer paper bags, 4-ply paper bags, and 6-layer flat or 3-layer M bags. The GKS-232D is specified for 3-layer paper bags, GKS-14D for 4-ply paper bags, GKS-16D for 6-layer flat or 3-layer M bags, and GKS-243D for 4-layer paper bags. This product family is therefore suitable when a packaging line requires a combined heat-sealed inner liner and stitched/hot-melt-sealed paper outer bag.
