Woven Fabric Outer Bag Sealing & Sewing Machines are designed for packaging structures that combine an inner PE liner with an outer woven or laminated bag. These systems integrate the closure of the inner plastic liner with additional processing of the outer bag to create a completed multi-layer bag closure. Depending on the configuration, the process can include bag-mouth cleaning, trimming, inner PE liner heat sealing, pressure-roller pressing, kraft or crepe paper tape application, outer-bag stitching, hot-melt adhesive tape sealing, or top folding and stitching. This allows the sealing method to be matched to the construction of the outer woven bag and the required final closure. The BZR-2 is designed for woven laminated bags with inner PE film heat sealing and outer crepe-paper tape sealing followed by stitching. The BZR-1 integrates inner-film heat sealing, outer-bag stitching and hot-melt adhesive tape sealing. The BZR-3 combines inner PE liner heat sealing with straight top folding and outer-bag stitching. This product range is therefore suited to applications requiring a coordinated multi-stage closure process rather than simple single-layer bag sealing.
