Woven Bag Heat Sealing, Top Folding & Stitching

This product configuration is designed for woven or laminated bags with PE inner liners where the inner liner is heat sealed and the outer bag is subsequently folded and stitched. The system combines inner-bag heat sealing, pressure roller processing, top folding and outer-bag stitching into an integrated bag-closing operation. The corresponding BZR-3 system uses four groups of heating blocks for the inner PE liner, followed by pressure roller processing and a straight-fold mechanism before the outer bag is stitched. The machine incorporates an automatic feeding unit, automatic heat-sealing unit, automatic top-folding and stitching unit and on-site control cabinet. Its control system uses coordinated heating and variable-frequency motor control, with heating monitoring, automatic alarm shutdown, fault indication, protection and interlock shutdown functions. This configuration is suitable when the required outer closure involves top folding and stitching rather than paper-tape or hot-melt adhesive closure.
